Q: Where do you get your raw rough diamonds?

A: All of our diamonds come from the Diavik Diamond Mine in Canada. Our supplier guarantees that our diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and written guarantees. You can visit the Diavik Mine's website at http://www.riotinto.com/canada/diavik-2232.aspx
Q: Do your raw diamond rings comes with certification?
A: Kimberley certificates are only issued in the international trade of rough diamonds. However the mandatory Kimberley statement is on all of our invoices from our diamond supplier which states everything is conflict free etc. To certify a stone of this value would triple its price, making the ring price increase dramatically.

WARRANTY: All DV Jewelry Designs come with a 1 year warranty, please contact us as soon as there is an issue or repair needed.
IMPORTANT: Please note: If your Dawn Vertrees Jewelry is worked on by another jeweler or altered by anyone other than myself, this will void your warranty. Customer will be responsible for any repair cost.
MADE-TO-ORDER Items: I'm usually working on several orders at one time, please allow up to 4 weeks for these pieces to be made and shipped.
In-Stock Items Ship within: 1-3 days
